What you will do
- Define operational procedures and service handover processes for IT services.
- Provide first-, second-, and third-level IT support for users and complex IT solutions.
- Manage and prioritize service requests and incidents to ensure timely resolution.
- Administer, monitor, and operate IT systems and infrastructure.
- Develop, approve, and maintain IT continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Manage user identities, access rights, security protection, and compliance with IT security standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- Suitable for fresh graduates and candidates with 0–1 year of experience in IT infrastructure, IT support, or junior system administration; relevant internships are considered.
- Foundational knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365 administration, and basic virtualization using VMware vSphere or Hyper-V.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing and switching, with exposure to Cisco equipment, IP telephony, or Microsoft Azure.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of ITSM ticketing systems and ITIL best practices.
