Junior Designer (Beauty)

What you will do

• Support day-to-day artworking and production across digital and print.
• Adapt existing creative into different formats, sizes, and channel requirements.
• Support campaign rollouts across CRM, onsite, paid media, social, affiliate, OOH, and other brand touchpoints.
• Create accurate and consistent assets using established designs, templates, and brand guidelines.
• Prepare and optimise imagery, artwork, files, and assets for different platforms.
• Develop understanding of Cult Beauty’s brand systems, typography, layout, composition, and creative direction.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating a strong eye for design, typography, and layout.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Figma or willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail, craft, consistency, and organisation.
• Understanding of digital design principles and formats, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to learn, take direction, respond positively to feedback, and collaborate proactively.

Nice to have

• Interest in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and culture.
• Interest in motion design or animation, particularly After Effects.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.
• Understanding of preparing artwork for print.
• Interest in emerging creative tools, including AI imagery and design platforms.
