Operations Specialist (Brokerage Operations)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; hybrid. Applicants must hold a valid UAE residence visa and have the right to work in the UAE without company visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Handle client account enquiries, account maintenance, onboarding, and verification requests.
• Coordinate KYC documentation and support deposits and withdrawals according to internal procedures.
• Own operational cases through resolution in coordination with Compliance, Client Support, Funding, Risk, Trading, and IT.
• Review account activity, escalate unusual or high-risk cases, and perform operational checks and reconciliations.
• Investigate discrepancies, transaction issues, and system exceptions while maintaining accurate records.
• Support workflow, internal control, reporting, and ad hoc operational improvements.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in the CFD, Forex, or online trading industry.
• Experience in brokerage operations, trading operations, client operations, back office, or a similar role.
• Understanding of account opening, deposits and withdrawals, trading processes, and operational risk.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, independent case management, and cross-team communication.
• Familiarity with MT4, MT5, and brokerage CRM or back-office systems is advantageous.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is required.

Hiring process
