Senior Manager - Structured Credit Solutions

What you will do

• Structure and execute structured credit solutions transactions, prepare documentation, and analyze risk and investment returns.
• Support the development and delivery of the bank's structured credit solutions strategy and framework.
• Manage pricing, structuring, origination and execution of trades within approved procedures and risk appetite.
• Develop and enhance structured credit products in coordination with internal support and delivery teams.
• Monitor budgets, market conditions, due diligence and risks for prospective and live transactions.
• Design and implement effective hedging strategies to mitigate exposure and support profitability.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of banking experience, including 3 years in structured product derivatives and credit solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Banking or Finance.
• Strong mathematical and quantitative analysis skills for assessing financial exposures.
• Knowledge of treasury, credit structuring, trade functions, risk and VaR.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
