What you will do

• Manage the corporate and SME underwriting mailbox and allocate quotes among underwriters.
• Prepare Tables of Benefits for renewals and new corporate and SME business.
• Perform legal checks on new quote census data and screen groups before allocation.
• Generate and format system reports and coordinate quote turnaround expectations with the sales team.
• Provide underwriting support for SME renewals across Africa and individual renewals across the Middle East.
• Identify process problems, analyze root causes, suggest solutions, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• UAE nationality is required.
• Ability to follow internal guidelines and procedures and meet compliance standards.
• Ability to support corporate, SME, and individual healthcare underwriting activities.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with underwriters and sales teams.
