TL;DR
Group Financial Planning Analyst (Gaming): Supporting group financial planning, budgeting, month-end closing, and data accuracy across Oracle ERP reporting processes with an accent on financial applications, forecasting, and reconciliation. Focus on identifying data inconsistencies, improving Oracle-based reporting tools, and coordinating corrections with Finance, IT, and divisional stakeholders.

Location: Bucharest, Romania; office-based

What you will do

  • Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing activities.
  • Administer group financial applications, including testing developments, running procedures, importing data, and identifying anomalies.
  • Review accounting records, account allocations, and data inputs for accuracy.
  • Work with IT to resolve data inconsistencies and Oracle ERP tool errors.
  • Improve reporting tools, documentation, procedures, and evolution plans for financial systems.
  • Provide Oracle ERP functionality guidance to divisional managers and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Significant knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, or a similar field.
  • Experience with data reconciliation across systems and knowledge of databases.
  • Extensive Excel knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Essbase Oracle, SmartView, HFM, and ERP systems.
  • Advanced written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.

Nice to have

  • Experience in video game production or software/IT research and development.
  • Experience with ERP systems deployment.
