TL;DR
Data Scientist (AI/ML) (Gaming): Leading business and marketing solutions powered by machine learning, AI models, and LLM agents for Ubisoft’s gaming operations with an accent on production AI systems, data governance, and personalized player and business solutions. Focus on developing data-driven services, optimizing recommendation systems and business agents, and deploying reliable ML and agent applications across governed data platforms.
Location: Office-based in Paris, France; 's office is located in Saint-Mandé.

What you will do
- Lead the development of data science and machine learning solutions for business and marketing use cases.
- Develop and maintain LLM agents capable of querying structured and unstructured data.
- Improve and optimize production ML and AI solutions, including player recommendation systems and business analytics agents.
- Collaborate with IT, analytics, engineering, operations, production, and business stakeholders to ensure project feasibility and performance.
- Support API and agent service deployment and promote effective use of Gen AI agents and copilots.
Requirements
- Scientific, computer science, or data engineering background with experience in statistical modeling and machine learning projects.
- Proficiency in Python or Scala and Spark or similar technologies.
- Experience with lakehouse platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake and cloud solutions including BigQuery, Azure, or AWS.
- Understanding of machine learning and AI models, ML Ops practices, data governance, security compliance, and agent deployment.
- Experience with GitLab, collaborative development, and CI/CD practices.
- Bilingual French and English communication skills required.
