Manager, Client Consulting - Technology (Payments)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand; at least 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Shape and lead large, complex client transformation engagements focused on payment capabilities, digital products, and streamlined processes.
• Program-manage delivery teams and ensure adoption of hirify.global products, platforms, and solutions at client organizations.
• Lead projects involving debit, credit, prepaid, and commercial money movement solutions within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate Business, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, UI/UX, solution architecture, and external vendor stakeholders.
• Identify adoption barriers, manage risks and dependencies, oversee testing and defect resolution, and secure client sign-off.
• Promote generative AI use cases to improve delivery efficiency and translate financial-services opportunities into requirements.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of consulting experience leading large-scale, complex programs, plus an advanced degree such as a Master’s, MBA, or MD.
• Expertise in hirify.global or Mastercard payment products and experience managing financial or payment system implementations.
• Experience with cross-functional product delivery across requirements, design, development, implementation, testing, training, and support.
• Experience with SDLC processes and tools, Agile and Scrum delivery models, and project risk and dependency management.
• Ability to analyze data, manage stakeholder expectations, negotiate, and communicate complex technical issues to non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading high-performing teams without direct reporting authority and exposure to AI use cases in financial services.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PMP or Scrum Agile certification.
• Knowledge of web technologies including TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and service deployment.
• Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or IBM Cloud.
• Experience with OpenID Connect, OAuth2, SAML, JWT JOSE, JWKS, APIs, SOAP/RESTful web services, microservices, and containerization.
