Senior Staff Technical Program Manager (Manufacturing Technology & Readiness)

Location: Korat, Thailand; onsite manufacturing facility

hirify.global Technology operates a large manufacturing site in Korat producing cloud-based storage equipment and finished drives.

What you will do

• Lead strategic planning and execution for Technology Staging, Slider Modernization, and mechanical process development programs.
• Build integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, resource strategies, dashboards, and readiness metrics.
• Align technology readiness plans with product roadmaps, manufacturing ramp schedules, and qualification requirements.
• Coordinate Process Development, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Equipment Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Program Management organizations.
• Manage program risks, resource gaps, schedule conflicts, interdependencies, escalations, and executive reporting.
• Drive manufacturing implementation, process maturity, quality, automation, cost competitiveness, and successful technology deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Program Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Successful leadership of large-scale cross-functional programs in HDD, semiconductor, electronics, or similar manufacturing environments.
• Expertise in project and program management, planning, prioritization, portfolio management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with technology staging, technology readiness, product development, product ramp planning, and high-volume manufacturing transitions.
• Knowledge of process capability, yield improvement, cleanliness requirements, qualification readiness, and manufacturing performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, presentation, and influencing skills, including the ability to drive results without direct authority.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with advanced data analytics tools and global, cross-site teams.
