Manufacturing Intern

Location: Onsite at the Teparuk manufacturing site, Thailand

hirify.global operates a Teparuk facility producing nano-recording heads for hard disk drives.

What you will do

• Manage shop-floor production with disciplined process and cost control.
• Follow up on and solve production problems.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and tools to meet production requirements.
• Support efficiency improvements and cost savings through Lean concepts.
• Help ensure safe operation of the production department.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent English proficiency in reading, writing, and conversation.
• Proactive, self-starting, and able to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to continuously learn new technologies and methods and share knowledge.
