Senior Manager / Expert, DEX Ecosystem Growth (Web3)

What you will do

• Define and execute global growth and ecosystem strategies for DEX-related products and on-chain initiatives.
• Analyze Web3 users, on-chain product trends, market dynamics, and data to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with Product teams to improve product experience, user journeys, and product adoption.
• Build relationships with Web3 projects, technology partners, ecosystem participants, and industry stakeholders.
• Support go-to-market and growth initiatives for ecosystem projects, new products, and priority markets.
• Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives and represent the team in industry and ecosystem engagements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in internet, fintech, crypto/Web3, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of DEXs, on-chain products, Web3 users, and public blockchain ecosystems.
• Relevant experience in growth, product operations, trading products, ecosystem development, or business development.
• Strong product growth mindset, analytical skills, commercial judgment, and partnership capabilities.
• Ability to independently lead complex global initiatives and collaborate across functions.
• Fluent English for effective work with global teams and external partners.
