Finance Applications Specialist (ERP)

Location: Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus. Full-time office attendance is required five days per week during the first six months of probation; afterward, the role follows a hybrid schedule of three office days and two remote days per week.

What you will do

• Design, develop, implement, and support finance operations, analytics, and reporting solutions within an ERP-based data ecosystem.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions while collaborating with finance, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Design and develop ERP-related ETL solutions using MS SQL.
• Build data analytics and reporting solutions with MS SQL Server Analysis Services and Power BI.
• Develop simple user interface solutions using Power Apps.
• Troubleshoot data-flow and system issues, manage risks, and coordinate ERP initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent education.
• At least five years of hands-on ERP implementation and support experience.
• In-depth knowledge of financial processes and ERP modules.
• Hands-on experience with ERP ETL development using MS SQL and with analytics and reporting using MS SQL Server Analysis Services and Power BI.
• Experience developing simple UI solutions with Power Apps and leading projects with business stakeholders.
• Confident written and verbal English communication.

Nice to have

• Strong experience with SAP Business One implementation, configuration, and support.
• Experience supporting complex financial data flows and resolving ERP operational issues.
• Experience working across finance, analytics, reporting, and technical teams.
