Senior Staff AI Software Engineer (CORA AI) (Generative AI): Building AI agents and shared infrastructure that enable CyberArk product lines to adopt agentic workflows safely and at scale with an accent on LLM applications, Python services, AWS, and production observability. Focus on designing AI products, developing prompt-engineered solutions, and moving prototypes into robust enterprise-grade systems.
Location: Petach Tikva, Israel; primarily office-based

What you will do
- Build AI agents and shared generative AI infrastructure for product lines.
- Develop solutions across the full software lifecycle, from prototypes and proofs of concept to production systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to turn ideas into robust services.
- Work with large language models, agentic AI frameworks, and AWS services.
- Design flexible implementations with telemetry, observability, and production feedback loops.
- Develop, evaluate, and continuously improve AI solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an engineering-related field.
- At least 4 years of software development experience.
- Proven Python development experience.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience developing AI products with LLMs, including solution architecture, development, and prompt engineering.
- Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
Nice to have
- Specific AWS experience.
- Experience with agentic AI architecture, MCP, and A2A.
- Experience developing enterprise-scale applications in a SaaS environment.
