Senior SAP FI Consultant (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: EUR 3,200–5,300 per month for a full-time role, plus performance-based variable compensation.

What you will do

• Maintain, design, and implement financial IT solutions within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem.
• Configure and parameterize SAP systems to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.
• Conduct IT business analysis across Lease Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, bank connectivity, validations, substitutions, and SAP interfaces.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and system specifications, including testing and production deployment.
• Collaborate with business experts, SAP Business Analysts, Application Engineers, and ABAP developers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Handle incidents, maintain productive solutions, and provide quarter-close support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FI and SAP customizing.
• Knowledge of Lease Accounting (RE-FX), Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
• Basic SQL knowledge for SAP data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, conceptual-thinking, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive, resilient, adaptable, and capable of taking end-to-end ownership while working independently and collaboratively.
