Senior SAP GRC Consultant (SAP Security)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; work model prioritizes in-person collaboration with flexibility for physical or hybrid work arrangements.

Salary: €1,800–€2,800 gross per month, with the possibility of a higher salary depending on experience and skills.

What you will do

• Design and maintain SAP roles, authorizations, and access concepts across ECC and S/4HANA systems.
• Manage SAP GRC Access Control processes, including access requests, role management, and emergency access.
• Perform Segregation of Duties analysis and help remediate security and compliance risks.
• Support user provisioning, access reviews, audits, and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with SAP functional, Basis, security, business, and technical teams.
• Drive adoption of the global SAP template by challenging local requirements and limiting custom solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SAP Security and Authorizations with ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of SAP roles, profiles, authorization objects, and PFCG role design.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control, including ARM, BRM, EAM, and SoD analysis.
• Understanding of SOX, audit requirements, and internal controls.
• Strong consulting and communication skills for working with business and technical stakeholders.
• CV must be submitted in English.

• GRC 12.0 or ARQ certification.
