Senior SAP PP Consultant

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; the role involves up to 40–50% travel during 6–12 month rollouts and prioritizes in-person collaboration.

Salary: €3,000–€4,500 gross per month, with the possibility of higher compensation depending on experience and skills.

What you will do

• Deploy the global SAP template to regional manufacturing locations and lead Fit-to-Template activities.
• Analyze local products, organizational structures, processes, data, and interfaces before rollout workshops.
• Support data cleansing, mapping, validation, migration, and functional testing through SIT and UAT.
• Coordinate integration solutions across SAP streams, MES interfaces, and local business processes.
• Work with key users, rollout teams, core experts, and offshore resources across countries and time zones.
• Support cutover, go-live, migration validation, issue resolution, and Hypercare.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of SAP project experience with in-depth SAP Production Planning expertise for discrete manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of organizational structures, master data, production planning and execution, Kanban, and graphical planning boards.
• Experience with at least two end-to-end SAP implementations and two SAP S/4HANA rollouts, including Fit-to-Template or Explore phases.
• Understanding of production processes and integration with SAP FICO, WM, and MM.
• Experience with standard SAP data migration tools for controlling master data and transaction objects.
• Strong communication and assertiveness, with willingness to travel at least 50% during rollout assignments.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating SAP with MES solutions.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Planning and Control.
• German language skills.
