TA Partner (APAC)

What you will do

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment for positions across ASEAN markets, from sourcing and screening through interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
• Identify passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, networking events, and multifaceted internet research.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define requirements and build comprehensive recruiting strategies.
• Manage applicant flow and recruitment processes in the applicant tracking system.
• Support diversity initiatives by helping attract diverse candidate slates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in any industry.
• Experience with full life-cycle recruitment and creative passive-candidate sourcing.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience using recruitment systems and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong networking, coaching, communication, time-management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• APAC recruitment experience is a plus.
