Junior Recruitment Consultant

Location: On-site in Ho Chi Minh City, 200 Pasteur, District 3, Monday to Friday

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clients using recruitment, headhunting, and staffing services.
• Prospect B2B leads through online channels, LinkedIn, social media, cold calls, and cold emails.
• Introduce recruitment services to domestic and global companies and build long-term partnerships.
• Manage hiring pipelines, support successful placements, and drive client retention.
• Own sales activities from lead generation through closing, after-sales support, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Maintain CRM data, prepare reports, and coordinate hiring updates, risks, and issues with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Talent Partner in recruitment services or headhunting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.
• Experience with prospecting, LinkedIn or social media outreach, cold calls, cold emails, and CRM tools.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, exception-handling, and escalation-management skills.
• Data-driven decision-making, self-motivation, resilience under pressure, and commitment to targets.
