What you will do

• Develop talent acquisition plans aligned with organizational structure and business growth.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for critical roles, including screening, interviews, and hiring.
• Expand and optimize sourcing channels such as campus partnerships, executive search, and digital platforms.
• Build talent pipelines through industry and talent mapping and proactive candidate engagement.
• Improve recruitment processes, interviewer capability, candidate experience, and employer branding.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare actionable reports to improve hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience supporting international JPAC markets.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for Chinese companies expanding overseas, Chinese multinational enterprises, or cross-border businesses is preferred.
• Recruitment experience in logistics, supply chain, or sales is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English is required as working languages.
