Lead Financial Analysis

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; office presence required a minimum of 5 days per week. The position is only available in the posted location and no relocation is offered.

Salary: $118,800.00–$178,200.00 USD annually

What you will do

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, including variance, trend, and business-driver analysis.
• Develop financial and operational reporting covering performance, risks, opportunities, and emerging trends.
• Analyze large data sets and present actionable recommendations for strategic and operational decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, governance, and business performance.
• Evaluate business cases, financial impacts, risks, and opportunities while coordinating strategic initiatives and tracking deliverables.
• Improve reporting through automation, process simplification, data visualization, and analytical tools; prepare executive presentations and financial materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, business analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing forecasts, financial models, management reports, and performance analyses.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial or business intelligence reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate, timely results.

Nice to have

• Experience with VS Code, SQL, Snowflake, or similar analytical tools.
• Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, or business transformation.
• Knowledge of automation technologies and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or another relevant professional certification.
• Experience supporting operations-focused or performance-driven organizations.
