What you will do

  • Conduct informative training sessions and new-hire training on culture, communication, and customer service.
  • Facilitate candidate communication assessments.
  • Conduct floor refreshers, coaching, and feedback sessions.
  • Promote operational efficiency and improve personnel skills.
  • Prepare daily activity and training reports.

Requirements

  • At least a college undergraduate with basic web and MS Office skills.
  • At least 2 years of Process or VNA training experience in a BPO setting.
  • Experience managing diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and public speaking skills.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
