Manager, People Experience

What you will do

• Act as a key contact for leaders and colleagues on People Experience matters at the manufacturing site.
• Partner with the People Experience Lead to deliver site-wide People Experience activities.
• Support enterprise bargaining and employee and union relations for site colleagues.
• Administer People Experience programs, maintain records, and facilitate colleague and leader sessions.
• Oversee performance management, talent reviews, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and compensation activities.
• Coach leaders, improve processes, support change initiatives, and promote colleague engagement.

Requirements

• Experience in a human resources function within a multinational organization.
• Experience managing employee relations and union relations at a manufacturing site.
• Strong coaching, consulting, interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and strategic-thinking skills.
• Knowledge of HR procedures, employment policies, employment legislation, financial metrics, and talent processes.
• Experience managing change initiatives and advising managers on personnel matters.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, including responsible AI, risk management, and ethical-use practices.
