Product Resolution Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in New Zealand, based at the Whareroa or Clandeboye manufacturing sites or within the Waikato region

What you will do

• Review products against manufacturing specifications and make decisions about readiness for release.
• Release approved products and enter product data accurately and on time.
• Generate detailed reports and support troubleshooting of technical and system-related product issues.
• Maintain complete documentation required before product release.
• Collaborate with factory, laboratory, product technical, and site management teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while prioritizing tasks under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven administration experience in a manufacturing or related environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, resilience, and communication skills.
• Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
• Experience working in strongly process-driven environments.
• Ability to prepare and distribute accurate documentation in a timely manner.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
• Reporting and data analytics experience.
• Experience in the dairy sector, inventory management, or laboratory settings.
