Clinical Trial Coordinator (Multiple Sclerosis)

Location: Primarily based at hirify.global’s Gold Coast campus, Australia; on-campus and work-from-home options are available, with occasional work across other campus locations.

Salary: AUD 87,202–91,705 per annum base salary plus 17% superannuation; total FTE package AUD 102,026–107,295 per annum.

What you will do

• Coordinate one or more Multiple Sclerosis clinical trials at the Griffith Clinical Trial Unit.
• Manage participant screening, enrolment, ongoing communication, visits, and study assessments.
• Perform protocol-defined in-person assessments, including ECGs, phlebotomy, and cognitive assessments.
• Coordinate neurologists, pharmacy teams, hospital staff, and other ancillary service providers.
• Maintain trial records and complete data processing, verification, and management.
• Ensure trial delivery complies with ICH-GCP, Therapeutic Goods Administration, and Australian clinical trial regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing or a related health field.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating clinical trials.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia are required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Willingness to work primarily at the Gold Coast campus and across other Griffith campus locations when required.

Nice to have

• Experience in Multiple Sclerosis research.
• Phlebotomy and ECG skills; training is available for the right candidate.
