What you will do
- Coordinate occupational health programs, medical surveillance, health assessments, and wellness initiatives.
- Administer occupational health services, documentation, and confidential employee health records.
- Coordinate relationships with occupational health vendors and external healthcare providers.
- Support incident follow-up, injury management, psychological risk assessments, and return-to-work coordination.
- Partner with HR, EHS, facilities, healthcare providers, and employees on occupational health needs.
- Prepare health activity reports and identify opportunities to improve processes and employee experience.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Occupational Health, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in occupational health coordination, healthcare administration, or a related role.
- Knowledge of occupational health practices, health surveillance, and injury management.
- Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information.
- English proficiency is required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Additional training or certification in occupational health, nursing, or workplace health and safety.
- Experience in manufacturing, regulated environments, healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences.
- Familiarity with Australian occupational health and safety regulations.
- Experience managing external occupational health vendors or supporting wellness initiatives.
