I2C DPS Cash Application Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based in Taguig, National Capital Region (Manila), Philippines

What you will do

• Process and reconcile customer receipts, bank statements, remittance advice, and account adjustments.
• Ensure incoming payments are accurately applied, balanced, and compliant with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Collections on customer payment and claims reconciliation.
• Prepare customer statements of account, refund requests, write-offs, write-ons, and closing reports.
• Escalate issues, support audits, and maintain current process documentation.
• Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives for Cash Applications and accounts receivable reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in accounting or finance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong data entry, processing, accuracy, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple deadlines.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• 0–2 years of experience in accounts receivable or Cash Applications in a BPO or shared services environment is preferred.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of SAP.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or other financial certification.
• Experience in a shared services center or BPO within a multinational corporation.
