Accounting and Reporting Expert I (Finance)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable and/or accounts receivable processes.
• Process invoices, billing, payments, and reconciliations accurately and on time.
• Support month-end close, accruals, reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare operational dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
• Act as a point of contact for international stakeholders and supported teams.
• Drive process standardization, automation, continuous improvement, and AI adoption in Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable operations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes, controls, and reconciliations.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar ERP platforms.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel for reporting and analytics.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and continuous improvement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in shared services or global business services environments.
• Exposure to RPA, AI tools, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Project or process improvement experience.
• Experience supporting international finance operations.
