Senior Compliance Program Advisor (Risk and Compliance)

Location: In-office role based in Pittsburgh, PA; Philadelphia, PA; Cleveland, OH; New York, NY; or Charlotte, NC

Base salary: $91,000–$202,800 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Support Independent Compliance Risk Assessments, Issues Management, Risk and Control Self-Assessments, data analysis, and quarterly risk reporting.
• Advise business leadership on compliance matters and recommend resolutions to mitigate identified risks.
• Work with business, legal, audit, and other risk partners across the organization.
• Identify compliance concerns related to business initiatives and assess policies, procedures, manuals, and front-office materials.
• Review compliance reports, identify recurring issues, escalate concerns through governance channels, and recommend corrective action plans.
• Update and implement compliance reports and mentor junior staff on report analysis techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of compliance reporting, risk assessments, regulatory requirements, risk controls, internal controls, fraud management, and AML/sanctions policies.
• Experience with hirify.global’s eGRC tools, including Archer and ServiceNow, is relevant to the role.
• Must work in the office at one of the listed U.S. locations.
