TL;DR

Transportation Analyst Intern (Supply Chain/Logistics): Supporting transportation order maintenance, verifying proof-of-delivery data, and monitoring drayage freight in Suzhou with an accent on data accuracy, logistics operations, and analytical support. Focus on identifying freight discrepancies, adjusting transportation records, and using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for operational analysis.

Location: Suzhou, Jiangsu, China; on-site part-time attendance required 4–5 days per week.

What you will do

Maintain transportation orders according to operational requirements.
Check proof-of-delivery information to ensure data accuracy.
Monitor drayage freight and adjust records when discrepancies occur.
Provide interim operational support as needed.

Requirements

Availability to attend 4–5 days per week.
Effective communication and analytical skills.
PC skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Fluent English in reading and writing, with good listening and speaking ability.
Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics management.
IT major or well-developed IT skills are an advantage.

Nice to have

Database development and programming skills.
