Insurance Technical Advisor

Location: France; legally eligible to work from France. Hybrid setup with remote work flexibility and in-person collaboration.

What you will do

• Partner with sales teams to price and develop insurance proposals for large corporate clients and public institutions.
• Act as a technical advisor in client meetings and communicate expert insurance insights.
• Design health and income protection insurance products that meet member needs and regulatory requirements.
• Support key account managers in developing and renewing strategic client relationships.
• Build scalable tools, frameworks, and knowledge resources for sales teams.
• Monitor the insurance portfolio, manage risks, and contribute to reinsurance and regulatory activities.

Requirements

• Ability to combine technical, data, legal, and business considerations in health and income protection insurance.
• Strong analytical, structured, and fact-based decision-making approach.
• Ability to apply technical expertise in a business-oriented context.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Fluent French and English are required.
• Experience in health or disability insurance is advantageous but not required.
