Customer Experience Advisor (Retail Banking)

Location: Beaumont Leys branch, United Kingdom; 35 hours per week on a rota from Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 6pm. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

Salary: £25,000 per year, plus a £500 flexible benefit allowance and eligibility for a discretionary performance-related bonus of up to 8% of salary.

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in the branch and over the phone.
• Assist with day-to-day banking transactions, customer queries, and servicing.
• Answer customer calls in the contact centre.
• Build customer relationships, understand needs, and find appropriate solutions.
• Develop knowledge of banking services and products to support customers.
• Identify ways to improve the customer experience and protect customers from fraud and scams.

Requirements

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a face-to-face or telephony environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working across a broad range of activities.
• Strong team-working skills and a practical, can-do approach.
• Right to work in the UK is required to commence employment.
