What you will do
- Translate infrastructure and hub services priorities into a multi-year capability strategy and product roadmap for infrastructure automation and AIOps.
- Prioritize demand across infrastructure domains based on service impact and operational pain.
- Define product vision and measurable outcomes for cross-domain automation and AIOps capabilities.
- Contribute to critical technical designs and production-readiness reviews.
- Create reusable engineering practices, APIs, integration patterns, and reference implementations across platforms.
- Facilitate decisions and resolve technical dependencies with global service owners and partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, SRE, platform engineering, or a related field.
- Experience as a principal architect or lead product technologist in a global enterprise environment.
- Experience taking automation or AI-enabled solutions from concept through multi-service production use, evaluation, and support readiness.
- Deep knowledge of ITSM, observability, APIs, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and communicate complex technical decisions clearly to executive audiences.
