What you will do
- Develop, test, inspect, calibrate, adjust, and maintain mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, and manufacturing equipment.
- Perform diagnostics, isolate failures, troubleshoot systems and components, and document repairs and changes.
- Prepare technical reports using graphics and schematics to describe system operation, test results, deviations, and limitations.
- Support equipment installation, validation, quotation, engineering change, ECO, SPC, and clean-room introduction processes.
- Ensure tools and testing equipment are calibrated and repaired according to standardized procedures.
- Record daily work in eCMMS or the assigned information system and escalate business issues to management.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience, preferably in a related engineering technician or manufacturing equipment role.
- High school education, technical career, or equivalent qualification.
- Training in at least two relevant disciplines, such as electronics, mechanics, production, electromechanics, testing, quality, statistical process control, biomedical, or industrial technology.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration procedures, documentation, quality systems, and manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to read technical documentation, use computers and measurement/testing equipment, and complete manufacturing training.
- Preferred knowledge of GMP, ISO, CPDM, Campus information systems, and medical products manufacturing; approximately 60% English is desirable.
