What you will do
- Execute assigned production tasks according to defined workflows, processes, and safety guidelines.
- Perform quality testing of equipment within established production processes.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and report malfunctions or process non-compliance.
- Ensure required materials are available for assigned work.
- Operate and perform daily maintenance on equipment to support production schedules.
Requirements
- Experience or practical skills relevant to production, equipment operation, maintenance, or manufacturing.
- Ability to follow defined workflows, standard processes, and safety requirements.
- Ability to perform equipment quality testing and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Ability to communicate issues and report non-compliance.
- Compliance with local employment requirements and processes in Mexico.
