Consultant Senior (C++, Payments)

Location: Makati, Philippines; hybrid with three days in-office and two days virtual

What you will do

• Provide technical support for software production processing environments and supported applications.
• Install, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot application code, subsystems, third-party software, availability, capacity, and performance.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, problems, known errors, and application performance issues using diagnostic tools and escalation procedures.
• Support application changes, certifications, production validations, development handovers, and technical specifications.
• Maintain support, operational, application security, audit, and disaster recovery documentation.
• Provide 24-hour and rotating on-call support, including extended working hours when required.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience with C or C++.
• Strong experience and exposure to C and C++; payments knowledge is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of applications and utilities used by supported products.
• Skills in diagnostic techniques, corrective actions, problem solving, and escalation practices.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including communication with executive-level audiences.
• Interpersonal, team-building, conflict-management, and concept-application skills.
