AMS Verification Intern (Mixed-Signal)

What you will do

• Develop and implement mixed-signal verification plans for broadband amplifiers based on circuit architecture and specifications.
• Design verification testbenches using industry-standard verification languages and methodologies.
• Write and execute test cases covering circuit functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Review verification results and provide feedback to design teams.
• Document verification plans, test results, and design changes.
• Collaborate with design and layout teams to identify and resolve design issues across SiGe BiCMOS and CMOS process nodes.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering or a master’s degree in high-performance analog/mixed-signal design and verification.
• Strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuit design and verification principles.
• Experience with EDA CAD tools such as Cadence Virtuoso or Sim-vision.
• Knowledge of transistor-level design, control and feedback loop stability, AGC loops, high-precision analog circuits, and RF/high-speed broadband techniques.
• Good programming skills in Python; Verilog or Verilog-A is an advantage.
• Strong debugging, analytical, communication, presentation, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Project experience with SiGe BiCMOS technologies.
• Experience with Verilog or Verilog-A.
