Lien Resolution Associate (Personal Injury)

Location: Remote, Mexico

Salary: USD 100–1,500 per month

What you will do

• Negotiate hospital liens and medical provider balances under attorney supervision and firm procedures.
• Review medical bills, verify outstanding balances, and collect supporting documentation.
• Submit reduction requests, follow up with providers, and obtain written confirmation of agreements.
• Maintain accurate balance, negotiation, agreement, and case-status records in Litify.
• Coordinate with attorneys and closing staff to prepare files for settlement disbursement.
• Meet expectations for negotiated reductions, turnaround times, productivity, and accuracy.

Requirements

• At least two years of recent experience handling personal injury reductions, liens, or medical bill negotiations for a U.S. plaintiff personal injury law firm.
• Direct experience negotiating with hospitals, medical providers, and collection entities.
• Experience independently managing a high-volume reductions caseload through written agreements and closing coordination.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Proficiency with legal case management software and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Remote work from Mexico; reliable internet, a computer, and a quiet professional workspace required.
