Lien Resolution Associate (Personal Injury)

Location: Remote, Argentina

Salary: USD 1,000–1,500 monthly

What you will do

• Negotiate hospital liens and medical provider balances under attorney supervision and firm procedures.
• Review medical bills, verify outstanding balances, and collect supporting documentation.
• Submit reduction requests, follow up with providers, and obtain written confirmation of agreements.
• Maintain accurate balance, negotiation, agreement, and case-status records in Litify.
• Coordinate with attorneys and closing staff to prepare settled files for disbursement.
• Meet expectations for negotiated reductions, turnaround time, productivity, and accuracy.

Requirements

• At least two years of recent plaintiff personal injury reductions, lien, or medical bill negotiation experience.
• Hands-on experience negotiating with hospitals, medical providers, and collection entities.
• Experience independently managing a high-volume reductions caseload through written agreements and closing coordination.
• Fluent English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working for a U.S. plaintiff personal injury law firm.
• Proficiency with legal case management software and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
