Senior Manager, Security Operations

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; regular regional travel and 24/7 emergency response availability required.

What you will do

• Manage security operations and programs across multiple LATAM markets and hirify.global locations.
• Advise General Managers, Facilities Directors, Area Directors, and community teams on security requirements.
• Develop, rehearse, and update crisis, emergency, and security plans.
• Investigate incidents including assaults, threats, harassment, stalking, fraud, theft, and property crimes.
• Conduct risk assessments and deliver security upgrades, retrofits, and projects for new and existing buildings.
• Provide security training, manage budgets and direct reports, and coordinate with law enforcement and external security organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience managing corporate security operations or a law enforcement background.
• Proficient English and strong public-speaking, stakeholder-influencing, and executive-communication skills.
• Experience with corporate or government emergency and crisis management.
• Experience designing security for new buildings, including access control, cameras, visitor management, risk assessments, and security officer deployment.
• Knowledge of low-voltage security technology, basic networking concepts, security applications, service-management software, and help desk applications.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale projects with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
• Life safety training in CPR, First Aid, or Trauma.
