Security Engineer - Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) (Cyber Threat Intelligence): Producing actionable intelligence and managing the full CTI cycle with an accent on Brazil and Latin America’s threat and fraud landscape. Focus on leading advanced OSINT collection, maintaining OPSEC, developing brand protection, hunting threats, and converting intelligence into detection rules and security recommendations.
Location: Remote-first, with candidates required to live anywhere in Brazil; optional work from São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces up to twice a week.

What you will do
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Cyber Threat Intelligence doctrine and operational standards.
- Lead strategic, tactical, and operational intelligence production for security analysts and senior executives.
- Manage the full intelligence cycle, including collection, analysis, processing, and dissemination.
- Manage threat intelligence vendors, source relationships, contracting, and technical integrations across Brazil and Latin America.
- Lead advanced OSINT collection with strict OPSEC and develop the Brand Protection practice.
- Map adversaries, conduct threat hunting, and translate intelligence into detection rules and security control recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence, malware analysis, or security research.
- Hands-on knowledge of intelligence frameworks such as the Diamond Model, Kill Chain, and MITRE ATT&CK.
- Experience analyzing and correlating threat data from multiple sources to identify trends and actors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Experience providing technical leadership, coordinating teams, or mentoring CTI and defense professionals.
- Must be based in Brazil; remote-first work is available with optional office attendance in São Paulo up to twice weekly.
