Location: Malaysia, hybrid; work from the Malaysia office at least 3 days per week

What you will do

• Create articles, blogs, newsletters, website content, and educational resources for websites, landing pages, blogs, and product touchpoints.
• Translate technical and regulatory topics into clear, engaging, and accessible content.
• Analyse traffic, engagement, and reach to optimise content performance and strategy.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Design, Legal, and Business teams to develop accurate content.
• Contribute to content series, campaigns, brainstorming sessions, and brand storytelling initiatives.
• Maintain a cohesive and authentic brand voice while identifying storytelling opportunities for different markets and communities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, storytelling, copywriting, or related creative roles.
• Strong storytelling skills for websites, landing pages, and blogs.
• Understanding of digital platforms, audience behaviour, and content trends.
• Ability to develop ideas and shape them into clear, engaging narratives.
• Excellent command of English and Malay; strong English communication is required.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative content work.
