What you will do
- Manage multiple concurrent direct marketing campaigns from client brief through delivery.
- Build client relationships and provide proactive communication throughout campaign execution.
- Translate campaign objectives and data briefs into internal briefs, schedules, quotations, and production plans.
- Coordinate planners, creative teams, technical teams, operations, and third-party suppliers.
- Lead campaign operations involving data processing, programming, tabulation, and direct mail production routes.
- Monitor scope, quality, cost, profitability, risks, timelines, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing complex, data-driven direct marketing campaigns and multiple parallel projects with changing scope.
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working across creative, technical, operational, and supplier teams.
- Knowledge of data processing, programming, tabulation, direct mail production routes, postal services, and DSA providers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
