Decision Analytics Associate Consultant

Location: Princeton, New Jersey, United States. Hybrid working model combining work from home with on-site presence at clients or hirify.global offices. Client-facing travel is required as needed.

What you will do

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models to address dynamic business issues.
• Use data analytics and problem-solving techniques to guide client and project-team decisions.
• Design custom analyses using R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic, and Excel.
• Synthesize and communicate analytical results through written and oral presentations.
• Build client relationships, provide project updates, create deliverables, and implement solutions.
• Guide and mentor Associates while advancing team problem-solving capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline with strong quantitative and analytical coursework.
• Relevant academic background in areas such as operations research, applied mathematics, management science, data science, statistics, econometrics, or engineering.
• 2–4 years of relevant post-collegiate experience; a PhD may substitute for work experience.
• Strong oral and written communication, attention to detail, planning, organization, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without now or future employer visa sponsorship.
