Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Worldwide; fully remote, office-based, or hybrid work is available.

Salary: €2,750–€4,800 gross per month, depending on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable, and highly available infrastructure and services.
• Monitor system performance, diagnose incidents, and improve stability through automation and optimization.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and observability tooling.
• Develop automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code tooling to reduce manual operations.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure reliability, performance, and security standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Site Reliability, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with Terraform or CloudFormation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring, and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or a similar language, plus experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher, along with strong troubleshooting, incident management, and communication skills.
