Amazon Listing Health Specialist (Ecommerce)

Location: Remote, limited to candidates in Manila or Karachi

What you will do

• Manage and improve product content listing error workflows by analyzing trends and developing quality standards, checkpoints, and benchmarks.
• Help reduce listing errors and suppression rates across company websites and marketplaces.
• Conduct product content audits focused on content quality standards and required category fields.
• Collaborate with product content compliance, acquisition, copywriting, vendor management, merchandising, and marketplace teams.
• Communicate product content quality initiatives and help identify and solve customer problems related to product data and content.

Requirements

• Experience with Amazon or other ecommerce platforms.
• Experience in detail-oriented, problem-solving work with strong task management and communication skills.
• Ability to set, manage, and achieve goals as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and customer experience.
• Ability to drive projects independently.
• Must have a suitable work-from-home setup, including a computer, dual monitors, headset, HD webcam, and stable wired internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
