Content Designer / Video Editor (AI Native)

Location: Remote from Metro Manila, Philippines; must work during agreed New Zealand business hours

Salary: NZD 1,900–2,700, depending on experience

What you will do

• Generate video concepts and creative assets using AI video, image, voice and editing tools.
• Edit short-form videos for Facebook advertising and organic social media, including hooks, captions, music, voiceovers, motion graphics and calls to action.
• Create multiple creative variations for testing across placements, dimensions and audience segments.
• Research AI developments, social media formats, advertising trends and relevant ecommerce content.
• Use product information, campaign ideas and performance feedback to create and improve sales-focused content.
• Apply Meta advertising requirements and mature-content judgement to reduce rejection and account-restriction risks.

Requirements

• At least two years of professional content creation, video editing or digital design experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools and a strong portfolio of video, advertising and AI-generated work.
• Strong understanding of short-form video structure, opening hooks, pacing, storytelling and calls to action.
• Strong video-editing and visual presentation skills, with the ability to develop concise English on-screen copy.
• Commercial awareness, research skills, deadline management and responsiveness to feedback.
• Reliable internet, a professional home office and availability during agreed New Zealand business hours are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with ecommerce, consumer product or retail brands.
• Experience creating and iterating Meta advertising assets.
• Knowledge of advertising requirements for adult, wellness or other sensitive product categories.
• Experience with product animation, AI avatars, synthetic voiceovers, advanced motion graphics or repeatable AI workflows.
• Understanding of creative testing, advertising performance and conversion-focused design.
