Senior Product Manager (AdTech)

Salary: $126,755–$216,000 per year, plus annual or quarterly performance incentives.

What you will do

• Analyze product, feature, customer, and market data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Gather and document requirements, translating customer insights into product priorities and initiatives.
• Prioritize the product backlog, define acceptance criteria, and administer feature rollouts.
• Support product strategy, business objectives, benchmark studies, and competitive assessments.
• Communicate product goals, performance status, and insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and data analysts to assess feasibility, risks, and feature priorities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 3 years of product management experience; or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5 years of progressively responsible post-bachelor’s experience.
• Experience with cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and building stakeholder consensus.
• Experience creating product roadmaps, product vision, and product strategy.
• Experience with product development, software development lifecycles, software quality assurance, Agile, and Scrum.
• Experience using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI for data analytics and insights.
• Experience with data asset management, data governance, data quality, integrity, reliability, and compliance.
