ME Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Coordinate engineering changes with continuous improvement activities and manage the annual changes model.
• Support KMS directives covering break kits, assembly sequences, connections, SOS improvement, and Kaizen.
• Prepare and maintain activity documentation, reports, and reliable operational data.
• Ensure compliance with EOS procedures and other applicable processes.
• Coordinate certification and customer audits.
• Update PFMEAs for engineering changes and apply them to equipment definitions while managing project performance and auxiliary resources.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or engineering diploma in industrial engineering, electromechanics, mechatronics, or mechanics.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with one year of experience in the automotive industry or a similar role are considered.
• Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under stress and manage multiple projects.
• Fluent French and English are required.
