Focus on conducting clinical activities, organizing hospital programs, and providing scheduled on-call support through a 24-hour clinical hotline.

What you will do

  • Support healthcare professionals in all aspects of HD/Acute clinical care.
  • Provide education and user training on HD/Acute therapies to nurses and other healthcare professionals.
  • Support HD/Acute machine demonstrations and communicate therapy updates.
  • Organize and coordinate clinical programs in hospitals and dialysis centers.
  • Coordinate with patients, physicians, nurses, hospital renal and ICU personnel, external foundations, support partners, and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Provide scheduled on-call support for the 24-hour clinical hotline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent RN qualification.
  • At least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in nephrology or an ICU unit.
  • Valid practicing nursing certificate or license from the Malaysian Nursing Board.
  • Own motor vehicle.
  • Ability to maintain a personal educational plan required for nursing license renewal.
