Regional Study Coordinator

What you will do

• Manage clinical study laboratory services across the Asia region, including kit shipments, sample testing, and sample management.
• Coordinate with the Global Study Manager and internal laboratory departments throughout study setup, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Review Statements of Work, assess regional feasibility, and recommend study design adjustments.
• Manage logistics, laboratory test results, monitoring activities, study supplies, and local study issue resolution.
• Implement regional monitoring and performance metrics, taking corrective actions when required.
• Participate in functional meetings and support quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals.
• At least 3 months of experience using computer and office software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, planning, prioritization, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment, liaise with internal departments, and manage multiple assignments.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Professional or internship experience in clinical research or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in Chinese for communication with China-based counterparts.
